Michael Gottlieb is an associate in the firm’s Health Care Department, representing hospitals and nursing homes throughout New York State. Primarily, Michael focuses on the resolution of receivables through general litigation, administrative hearings, and Article 78 proceedings.

Prior to joining SSRGA, Michael represented New Jersey based physicians and medical facilities in reimbursement disputes with commercial insurance carriers. He has obtained hundreds of successful resolutions through state and federal litigation, as well as arbitration.

Michael is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
