Kristin Pendergrass is an associate in the firm’s commercial and real estate litigation practice. She has extensive experience representing clients in commercial contract and business disputes, construction defect litigation, and employment litigation.

Ms. Pendergrass received her law degree in 2011 from Fordham University, where she served as a notes & articles editor for the Fordham International Law Journal. She received her B.A. from Boston University in 2007. She is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey.
